Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector
Exploring how Generative AI can Serve the Public Good through Federal, State and Local Government.
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how government agencies operate at every level. This online, non-credit guided series invites public sector professionals to explore the ethical, strategic, and operational dimensions of AI integration through dynamic, peer-driven discussions. Whether your work touches HR, public safety, planning, or another area of government, you’ll engage in meaningful dialogue, examine real-world use cases, and deepen your understanding of emerging trends. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your ability to speak confidently about AI’s impact and expand your professional network.
The Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector Professional Learning Community is offered in partnership with the Virginia Institute of Government at UVA’s Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service and the School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
